Hailing from Vicksburg, MS, and holding a BS in Business Management from Mississippi State University, Pat has a unique ability to understand and cater to our clients needs. Here’s how we go above and beyond:
- Dual HVAC Systems for Two-Story Homes: Each floor has its own dedicated HVAC unit, ensuring consistent comfort and more efficient temperature control throughout the home.
- Sealed for Comfort and Efficiency: After framing, but before insulation, we seal the home with caulk along the bottom and top plates, OSB joints, and any gaps. This creates a tight, energy-efficient envelope that improves comfort and reduces energy costs.
- Stronger Slab Foundations: For slab-on-grade homes, we use a monolithic concrete pour that ties the slab and footers together for a stronger, more durable foundation.
- High-Performance Basement Walls: Homes with basements are built using the EnviroCast prefabricated wall system. These walls are made with 8,000 PSI concrete, offer an R-23 insulation value, are fire-rated, and include metal studs ready for drywall installation.
- Oversized Garages: Our garages are built larger to provide extra space for both vehicles and storage. We also install 18-foot-wide garage doors (instead of the standard 16-foot), making it easier to park and access your vehicles.
- Ample Storage: Most floor plans include floored attic storage for added convenience.
- Spacious Living: Many designs feature large master bedrooms with generously sized walk-in closets.
- Durable, Low-Maintenance Features: We install fiberglass exterior doors for longevity and minimal upkeep. Exterior columns are constructed from either fiberglass or solid wood for lasting beauty and strength.
